Boo Seung-kwan (부승관; nascido em 16 de janeiro de 1998), conhecido mononimamente como Seungkwan (승관), é um cantor e compositor sul-coreano da Pledis Entertainment. Ele é membro do grupo masculino SEVENTEEN e sua subunidade Vocal Team. Ele também faz parte da subunidade especial BSS.
