Sobre a história

After a radical change in life, Sze Sai-lun becomes dispirited with the political world and spends most of his time travelling around in search of fun. Along the way, he meets a new spirit medium, Ng Kwan-yau, who somehow gets caught up in a mysterious murder case. With fortuitous assistance from the pillow spirit Ngau Tai-lik, he is able to crack the case and prove Kwan-yau’s innocence. Sai-lun has his confidence back and pledges to continue his fight for justice. As time progresses, Sai-lun and Kwan-yau get to know each other better and gradually fall in love. Amidst the various challenges of his new life, Sai-lun realizes that Kwan-yau seems to have something to hide and that there is a malicious plot behind their relationship. Knowing that the couple have fallen out, Sai-lun’s mother has found him a new wife, Luk Siu-tip, who seems to come with ill intentions. Sai-lun is plunged into a complex web of intrigue and things seem to be getting on top of him…

After the wreck of wife and children, SZE SAI-LUN quits his duty bringing his mother CHIU YUET-NGO and wives PONG KOT-OI and KAR SAU-YUK traveling around the world. On their way, they chance upon the Constable SO YING-CHUN of Sin Yau County while he is chasing the criminal SAU DAI-FU. NGO is grasped by FU in the hotel. Meanwhile, the cashier NG KWAN-YAU claims that she is occupied by a ghost asking FU to repay her life. Finally FU is under arrested. NGO and LUN asked YAU to invite the 2 ghosts of LUN’s ex-wives in order to relieve LUN. LUN and CHUN witness a swordfish killing people. They doubt. LUN finally reveals YAU’s tricks. In order to slipping away, YAU then slander LUN for harassing her. LUN chances upon the HALF FAIRY – PILLOW FAIRY. In order to transform to a real fairy, PILLOW FAIRY needs to help LUN solving all criminal cases to accumulate fortune. LUN wants to shake off him for several times……

LUN suspects YAU used swordfish to kill people. He then enters his dream asking PILLOW FAIRY to help. LUN goes to the victim, CHAN DAI KWAN’s home and found out YAU has been there. Later on, he overhears YAU talking to her companion. He believes that YAU has killed people because of the state’s silver. CHUN and LUN know that YAU has argued with KWAN the day before KWAN died. LUN finally understands the indications from PILLOW FAIRY. YAU becomes wanted and tries to find LUN to help but fails. She grasped LUN but finally is arrested. The County Officer YEUNG is responsible to judge YAU’s case. YAU is sentenced to death the day after. LUN and CHUN are shocked. LUN asks more hints from PILLOW FAIRY. Later on he finds out YAU cannot swim so it is difficult for her to kill people by the swordfish……

LUN heard that YAU’s niece was disappeared and wants to help YAU to search for her. He even jumps into the sea to save YAU. After this incident, LUN changes his perception to YAU. In order to marry LUN, YAU and her companion to scheme out a plan to sexually appeal LUN. Unexpectedly LUN then…… CHUN chances upon the LUK SIU-TIP, who pretends a man, while he is chasing the rapist. He is amazed that TIP can communicate with the nature. NGO finds LUN loved YAU and decides to test if YAU is suitable to marry and enter SZE’s family. However, YAU reveals her plan. At first, NGO is satisfied with YAU. However, the jade that she wants to give to YAU as wedding gifts and the new parrot are found missing. NGO is frustrated and decides to put their marriage pending. In order to marry YAU, LUN seeks PILLOW FAIRY’s help to search for the jade. LUN believes that he can find the jade when he found the parrot……

On the wedding day of YAU and LUN, YAU finds out LUN was the person who wrongly judged her elder brother. She then wants to kill him but eventually cannot make it. YAU has nothing to do with it and accepts her Uncle NG SAU-SHUN’s advice to stay in SZE’s family waiting for a chance to revenge. CHUN knows that TIP wants to find the bad man in Sin Yau County. He then wants to bring her to the prostitute’s house. By virtue of several evidences, TIP suspects YAU’s companion, CHU-KOT LEUNG, is the man who reverted the marriage. The prison officer OR requests YAU for ransom. In order to save the brother, YAU cheat the prostitute’s money again. Because of it, she finds out the underwear of the prostitute is stolen by someone. She then plans to set LUN up. For the sake of NGO, LUN forces himself to go to PILLOW FAIRY for hints about the case of stolen underwear. CHUN infers that it was done by a monk. He then asks MASTER MING-TANG……

Having fired, CHUN goes to the prostitute’s house all the time. TIP finds CHUN losing his confidence and cannot bear to it. She brings CHUN to see the fireflies in order to encourage him. YAU knows that the famous painting “The Fairy Under The Moon” will be exhibited in the Government’s Office before handing over the PRINCESS YIN-HAN. She plans to kill two birds by one stone. She carefully schemes out the plan of stealing the painting. However, it is snatched away by the White Ghost. In order to repent of his fault, CHUN tries to arrest the Ghost but is finally fallen into a trap in the forest. LUN asks PILLOW FAIRY for hints to find the painting but he does not understand. The painter of “The Fairy Under The Moon”, FUNG CHI-HOI, finds YAU to communicate with the nether world and wants to meet with the lady, SIN-YING inside the painting. LUN and YAU both go to HOI and YIN’s old house……

LUN says if they cannot find “The Fairy under the Moon”, their family will be all sentenced to death punishment. YAU feels it was she to embroil everyone. LUN asks help from the PILLOW FAIRY by all means. Finally he gets the hints. YAU purposely mislead LUN to go to the East Mountain. She then tries to find the painter but fails. DIP knows CHUN disappeared and proposes to find him in Dragon Mountain in the western suburb. She can find CHUN. However, CHUN is hurt by a scorpion. DIP sucks out the toxic blood from the wound. CHUN tosses about. LUN visits HOI and finds him committing suicide by hitting the pillar. He leaves a will. LUN finds the will manuscript with rattan bits which makes him feel suspicious. DIP and YAU finds the cave that YING hides and thinks YING is not a ghost. LUN decides to show “The Fairy under the Moon” again and set up a trap…… YAU hides “The Fairy under the Moon”……

YAU is affected by SZE’s family. She returned the painting to HAN in order to save SZE’s family. PILLOW FAIRY forgot his real identity when he died. All he got is a handkerchief with LITTLE NGAU. He asks LUN to help investigate. LUN checks with HAN’s manager MASTER LO but LO hides something. HAN has imposed pressure to LUN so CHUN can resume his work. DIP finds out CHUN is the man who broke the marriage promise. She then decides to be a consultant in the police station in order to revenge. CHUN destroys NGO’s “Son Giving Guanyin”. CHUN is blamed. However, LUN defends for CHUN so YAU then realizes CHUN’s real identity. YU’s false identity is revealed and he will be executed earlier. YAU is worried and wants to kidnap CHUN and force HAN to release YU. However, she fails and leaves down a letter which has puzzled LUN. PILLOW FAIRY hints LUN. He then suspects about YAU……

LUN tries to sleep and blame PILLOW FAIRY. In fact, he still misses YAU. On the other hand, YAU also loves LUN. Later on, YAU plays some tricks with mystery and misleads the people in the village to think it is the Wolf Demon harassing them. She then cheats money in order to pay for the person who helps saving YU from the prison. LUN then reveals YAU’s plan and arrests her in order to avoid her being further. DIP convinces LUN to believe YAU about the details of her grievances. LUN goes to the prison overhearing YAU is the one who saved his family but she does not want to let LUN know. LUN then goes to Po Tin County to investigate YU’s case. Accidentally LUN finds out DIP is a lady in the bathroom. In order to avoid embarrassment, they both agree to keep this secret. LUN reviews YU’s case but cannot find anything wrong with the judgment. He then leaves. YUK and OI quarrel. YUK then moves to a hotel……
