Inspirada no romance de Liang Shang Bo e Zhu Ying Tai, a história gira em torno de dois amantes que irão superar todos os obstáculos para permanecerem juntos. Ling Chang Feng é um general honrado e tem um casamento apaixonado com sua esposa nos últimos 3 anos. No entanto, um estranho distúrbio atinge sua cidade em seu terceiro aniversário, e “loucos” correm soltos na cidade, atacando cidadãos inocentes violentamente.
