The Seventh Day

LING KA YAN has never been in a relationship and she tends to fantasize about love. When she brings the dog JACK back to her pet shop, she misconceives that the lifeguard YAU CHI WING has stolen her soft drink. On the other hand, DON the very money-minded guy also meets the comic artist SASA because of a bottle of soft drink. YAN learns that her neighbor LOI HEI tries to commit suicide after being fired. WING saves HEI in an unconventional way and YAN’s father SHIU KAI, a retired policeman, is not satisfied with his style of dealing things. SASA tries to lock her boss up in the toilet for she cannot meet the deadline but she mistakenly locks up DON. DON loses the chance to sell his problematic products on time and his company closes down. However, DON misconceives that SASA has saved his life… DON tries to sell his products on the street while SASA is staying in an upstairs cafe nearby.… ...

After reporting the case to the police, WING walks YAN home and YAN suddenly has feelings on him. SASA meets DON again and realizes that DON is being sued for infringement act by selling the problematic products online. DON has to pay a compensation of 400 thousands dollars and he doesn’t know what to do. Luckily, his father MAU saves him. YAN hurts her ankle while walking home and her dog JACK brings WING to her. JACK picks up a mobile phone accidentally and YAN discovers that this mobile phone belongs to WING. YAN realizes that WING is hanging out with gangsters. DON successfully convinces KK’s father to allow them managing his coffee shop. SASA reveals the truth to DON and DON scolds her angrily. On her way home, YAN finds that some people are attacking WING on the street. WING is injured and YAN takes him home.

YAN stays at WING’s home overnight for taking care of him. DON and his three best friends try to promote the coffee shop by utilizing their charm but SASA criticizes them harshly. DON asks his younger sister ELLA to write some positive comments about their coffee shop on the internet but SASA makes negatives comments on them. SASA and her friends go to fight with DON and his team. One of SASA’s friend JUILE works as a flight attendant and she is interested in the coffee shop owner’s son KK… DON finds that SASA jumps into a Rolls-Royce with a middle-aged man and he discovers that this man is the tycoon WONG WING FU. He misconceives that SASA is the daughter of FU but the real daughter of FU is SASA’s classmate JESSIE. SASA’s father WONG KAM actually sells fish in the food market. DON misconceives that SASA is a rich girl and he decides to pursue her.

YAN learns that WING is going to visit the most important woman of his life and she follows him secretly. WING discovers it and he asks her to buy gift for the woman. This woman is actually WING’s grandmother LILY who lives in an elderly center… The hardworking KK suddenly takes day off and his friends realize that he is dating with JUILE. DON asks his friends to help apologizing to SASA and they reconcile with each other. SASA is in lack of inspiration for her new comic story and her friends suggest her to get inspiration by dating MARTIN. DON asks her sister ELLA to pretend that she is his girlfriend. ELLA dumps DON in front of SASA and SASA is sympathetic over DON’s “misfortune”. LILY asks YAN to shop for her. She tells YAN all about WING and reminds her that men think differently from women.

JADE’s mother PO CHI wants to prevent YAN from falling in love with WING. She tries to introduce a man to YAN but YAN escapes secretly. YAN doesn’t know that CHI is trying to introduce the man of her dream, Dr CHING YAT LONG, to her. SASA takes the initiative to date MARTIN. DON tries to prevent them from dating by blackening SASA’s name in front of MARTIN. YAN reminds WING that he has a date with her on his birthday but WING tells her that he has other plan already. YAN is upset and reveals her resentments to him. YAN goes to do voluntary works and she discovers that Dr CHING is one of the volunteers as well. SASA meets ELLA on the street and she realizes the truth. Dr CHING invites YAN to a dinner party and YAN feels extremely flattered. WING works hard to finish a job for his friend and he rushes back to Hong Kong on his birthday. DON also has the same birthday as WING.… ...

DON and SASA become lovers under the wishing tree. WING also declares his love to YAN at the same place and YAN feels extremely sweet for this is her first love. On their first date, YAN is surprised that WING brings her to a friend’s gathering. KAI and the others misconceive that YAN is dating with LONG and CHI persuades YAN to work in LONG’s clinic. YAN agrees to work for LONG and she asks JADE to keep the secret for her. KAI further confirms that LONG is YAN’s boyfriend. Trying to get more inspiration for her comic, SASA tortures DON all the time and DON endures it all. WING helps somebody to capture the thief on his way to a job interview in a security company. He is late for the interview and KAI the security supervisor refuses to interview him. SASA reveals to MARTIN that DON was telling lies about her in front of him and MARTIN starts a quarrel with DON.… ...

Everybody urge YAN to separate with WING but YAN insists to stay with him. SASA goes to DON’s home. She pretends that she wants to apologize to him but she actually wants to unmask the fact that DON and ELLA are brother and sister. SASA continues to be sassy and she even asks DON to buy sanitary pads for her. DON is being tortured by SASA all the time. JESSIE feels sorry for DON and she gradually develops feelings on him. KAI accuses WING for not having a stable job and he believes that WING will not be able to take good care of YAN. WING later finds a job as a waiter in DON’s coffee shop. On the other hand, LONG declares his love to YAN. YAN reveals to him that she has already got a boyfriend and LONG is heart-broken. While dating with YAN, WING suddenly runs away angrily after receiving a phone call. YAN follows WING and discovers that he is trying to hit a middle-aged man. This man is actually WING’s father SAI FAN.

YAN visits LILY in the elderly center and FAN appears again. LILY reveals to YAN that FAN has done a lot of bad things in the past. FAN comes to visit YAN and YAN decides to help him reuniting with WING. DON and MARTIN reconcile with each other. SASA suddenly arrives to stop everybody from watching a soccer game. DON is enraged and he wants to separate with her. SASA tries to provoke DON by behaving impolitely at his home but MAU and all other family members try their best to tolerate her… FAN visits WING at the coffee shop but WING warns him not to visit him anymore. FAN therefore runs to YAN for help. YAN persuades WING to give FAN another chance and WING eventually agrees. FAN suddenly asks YAN to lend him some money. YAN borrows the money to him but she doesn’t know if she should tell WING about this…
