Kitty Lai Mei-Han (chinês: 黎美嫻, nascida em 19 de outubro de 1966) é uma atriz aposentada de Hong Kong e mais notável por sua atuação na série dramática da TVB The New Heavenly Sword and Dragon Saber (倚天屠龍記) como Chiu Man / Zhao Min (趙敏), e Two Most Honorable Knights (絕代雙驕) como Tit Sum-lan / Tie Sin Lan (鐵心蘭).[1]
